Ben's Butcher is more than a production unit. It's also a training centre recognised by MINEFOP (Cameroon's Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training), preparing students for the DQP (Professional Qualification Diploma) and CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate).
Our programmes
Professional Qualification Diploma
Length: 1 yearComplete training in butchery-charcuterie: cutting, processing, hygiene, workshop management. Hands-on internships in the production unit.
Professional Qualification Certificate
Length: 6 monthsAccelerated training focused on practice: cutting techniques, charcuterie production, food safety.
Short thematic courses
Length: 1 to 4 weeksShort modules for working professionals: dry sausage, smoking, cooked ham, pâtés and terrines, lab management.
