Becoming a butcher-charcutier, for real. Programmes accredited by MINEFOP, with DQP and CQP qualifications.

Ben's Butcher is more than a production unit. It's also a training centre recognised by MINEFOP (Cameroon's Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training), preparing students for the DQP (Professional Qualification Diploma) and CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate).

DQP

Professional Qualification Diploma

Length: 1 year

Complete training in butchery-charcuterie: cutting, processing, hygiene, workshop management. Hands-on internships in the production unit.

CQP

Professional Qualification Certificate

Length: 6 months

Accelerated training focused on practice: cutting techniques, charcuterie production, food safety.

Modules

Short thematic courses

Length: 1 to 4 weeks

Short modules for working professionals: dry sausage, smoking, cooked ham, pâtés and terrines, lab management.
