Ben's Butcher was born in Bafoussam from a simple conviction: Cameroon has everything it needs to produce the continent's best charcuterie — the livestock, the terroir, the craft. Our unit transforms livestock products into sausages, hams and pâtés rooted in our local taste. And because craft has to be passed on, we train as well: DQP, CQP, programmes accredited by MINEFOP. From producer to consumer, from apprentice to professional.
